Planning Aid for the Horn of Africa

Water and food security remains a problem in the Horn of Africa (Ethiopia, Sudan, Somalia, Kenya and surrounding countries). The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to assist the people in these countries.
A group of experts with on-the-ground experience has been asked for advice on where to direct the assistance. HSS has been actively involved in this project, especially in providing analyzed data on agriculture and water in the region.
