Planning Aid for the Horn of Africa

Water and food security remain a challenge across the Horn of Africa — Ethiopia, Sudan, Somalia, Kenya and neighbouring countries. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs wanted to help the people of the region and asked a group of experts with hands-on local experience to advise on where that assistance would do the most good. HSS played an active part, in particular by providing analysed data on agriculture and water across the region.
