Regenerating grasslands in East Africa

HSS has been selected to deliver and analyse satellite information on grazing lands in Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania for at least five years. Working with Global Communities — a Washington-based NGO — and farmer groups across East Africa, the aim is threefold: to support pastoralists, regenerate the rangelands, and sequester CO2 at the same time.
